Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders ship from our facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery within Canada arrives in 3-5 business days. U.S. delivery via tracked international shipping typically arrives in 5-10 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes — free shipping on all orders over US$199. Orders over US$109 also include a complimentary shockproof carrying case.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check status any time.

Q: Do you ship discreetly?
A: Yes. All shipments use plain, unmarked outer packaging. Your invoice and product details are inside the package only — nothing on the outside identifies the contents.

Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Unlike most peptide vendors, we have a fully approved payment processor, so no crypto or wire transfers are required.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

Q: Will the charge appear discreetly on my statement?
A: Yes. The descriptor on your statement is generic and does not reference peptides or research compounds.

Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Your card is charged at the time you place the order. If we cannot fulfill for any reason, you receive a full refund immediately.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because of the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened products. We will, however, replace or refund:

  • Products that arrive damaged in shipping (photo within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Incorrect items shipped due to our error
  • Products that fail to meet stated purity specifications
  • Orders showing delivered but not received (after carrier investigation)

Q: What does NOT qualify for a refund?
A: Opened or used products, change-of-mind requests, orders cancelled after they have shipped, and improper storage after delivery.

Q: How do I report an issue with my order?
A: Email support@truthbiolabs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We respond within 24-48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Q: Are there restocking fees?
A: No. We never charge restocking fees on qualifying returns.

Q: Are your products for human use?
A: No. All Truth Bio Labs products are sold strictly for research, laboratory, and analytical purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.

Q: Who can purchase your products?
A: You must be 21 or older and confirm that the products will be used for research purposes only. By purchasing you agree to use the products in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Q: Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
A: Yes — every batch is independently tested by a third-party lab in Canada for purity, potency, and contaminants. You can view the COA for each product on our COAs page or directly on the product’s individual page.

Q: What level of purity do your peptides reach?
A: Our standard is 99%+ purity, verified per batch via third-party testing.

Q: How should I store research peptides?
A: Store unreconstituted vials at 2-8°C (refrigerated) away from direct light. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate and use within 28 days. Follow standard laboratory handling protocols at all times.

Q: Do orders include bacteriostatic water?
A: Yes — every vial order includes a complimentary 3ml vial of bacteriostatic water at no extra cost.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We can change or cancel any order that has not yet shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Q: I never received my order confirmation email — what should I do?
A: Check your spam/junk folder. If still missing, contact us with the email address used at checkout and we’ll resend it manually.

Technical & Compliance

Q: What’s the difference between your injectable peptides and nasal sprays?
A: All of our products are sold for research purposes. The product format (lyophilized vial vs. pre-mixed spray) reflects the research method, not a recommended administration route. Refer to your protocol for the appropriate format.

Q: Why do some product pages link to a Certificate of Analysis and others say “coming soon”?
A: We publish a COA for every batch. New batches are tested before sale, and the corresponding COA goes live on the product page within a few days of receipt from the lab. If you need a COA for a batch you’ve already received, email us with the lot number.

Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
A: Yes — for legitimate research institutions and labs ordering large volumes. Contact us with your institution name and intended volume for a custom quote.

Q: Are your products legal in my country?
